- Please refrigerate for at least thirty (30) mins after receiving your shipment to restore its freshness from being in transit. - We are made to order! No cookies are stored. Upon receiving your cookies, you have a 2 week shelf life. - We do recommend storing them in the refrigerator (up to 2 weeks) and/or freezer (up to 2months) for prolonged freshness. - They're best kept in the freezer for no more than 2 months at a time. If you have them in the freezer and NOW ready to eat: For best results, we suggest that you thaw out your cookies for at least 20-30 mins, to bring it to room temp before putting them in the microwave for a 30 seconds. (Microwave is the best!) - You can also reheat your cookies in the oven or toaster oven for 5 mins or until warm at 300°F. (BE SURE TO WATCH YOUR COOKIES! -- You do not want to burn them!) This is if you like a less gooey and crispier texture. - OR be adventurous and try them COLD!

We Ship Nationwide within the United States Cookies can be shipped within, among, and between to these Freely Associated States and United States Territories and Possesions as Domestic mail items: American Samoas (AS) : (Manua, Swain's and Tutuila Islands) Guam (GU) Commonweath of Northern Mariana Islands (MP): (Rota, Saipan, and Tinian Island) Commonwealth of Puerto Rico (PR) US Virgin Islands (VI): (Saint Croxix, Saint John, and Saint Thomas Island) Wake Isalnd Atoll (HI) US Military International with APO Address.

Orders received from Friday at 3:01pm to the following Friday at 3pm of each week, is cycled to ship every Monday and Tuesday of the following week. We are made to order! To ensure that you receive your cookies as fresh as possible we have our shipping cycle from Friday 3:01pm to Friday 3:00pm PST of each week. Example: If you ordered Friday, April 5th at 2:59pm PST , it will ship the upcoming Monday/Tuesday of the following week, April 8th and/or 9th. If you ordered anytime after Friday, April 5th at 3:01 pm PST, it will cycle to ship Monday/Tuesday of the next week, April 15th and/or 16th. We are made to order and only bake from Thursday - Sunday. All cookies are then packaged and ready to ship out Monday and Tuesday of each week. if you need your cookies sooner, please email us info@ocdcookieco.com to discuss further options. When shipped, depending on your city or where you are in the United States. It can take anywhere from 2-3 days. Please allow yourself 4 days to be safe if you are traveling! If you are outside the United States it will take anywhere from 3-5 days.

We only have Nutritional Facts on our Original Classic Flavors because it stays on our website all year. For our monthly flavor roll out, we do not have the nutritional facts on those flavors because we constantly switch them out all the time. We use premium high quality ingredients in our cookies! We do not use any white sugar in the base of any of our cookies. We use whole organic eggs, premium quality butter, the only chips we we is by Hersheys and Ghirardelli, no artificial flavorings only color to make it pretty, we use real fresh ingredients to create our extreme flavors such as banana, purple yams, lime, lemon, etc Ex: real purple potato (ube) to make our ube cookies, bananas in our banana bas cookies, real fresh squeezed lemons and limes in our lemon and keyline pie cookie, real shredded carrots in our carrot cake...etc!
