This is my favorite of all the OCD cookies. I can't get enough of this.
I love these cookies, so soft, so tasty
I’ll be honest—this cookie was delicious. Great texture, rich flavor, and it absolutely hits that indulgent sweet spot. But that’s where the good news ends.
The moment I noticed there was no nutrition label or ingredients printed on the wrapper, I became suspicious. So I looked up the info online and what I found was honestly shocking:
The serving size is listed as half a cookie (75g)… but the actual cookie is 150g, so everything is doubled.
That means one full cookie can have over 720–920 calories, up to 112g of sugar, and as much as 160g of carbs.
Meanwhile, protein is only 8–10g total, and fat lands between 24–30g. That’s a major imbalance.
They also use multiple forms of sugar (invert sugar, dextrose, etc.) and artificial dyes/flavorings listed as “E” ingredients.
If you're eating it as a post-show reward and you know what you're getting into great. But if you're under the impression it's a better alternative, read the fine print.
Transparency matters. And I hope this company starts reflecting that more clearly in their packaging and marketing.
